Scope: Remote interior design concept, visualisations and furniture sourcing for a short-term rental property

This interior design project in Vancouver develops a premium rental concept for a 175 m² apartment in Landmark on Robson.

Created through a fully remote design process, the concept focuses on improving the layout, framing the panoramic views and selecting furniture that balances comfort, durability and a refined look.

The interior combines soft neutral tones with deeper accents and contemporary furnishings, creating a polished scheme suited to short-term rental while remaining practical for everyday use.

Design Highlights:

  • View-oriented layout — furniture placement designed around the panoramic city, mountain and ocean views
  • Rental-focused concept — a refined interior designed with guest comfort, durability and visual appeal in mind
  • Contemporary palette — warm neutrals balanced with deeper accents and natural textures
  • Furniture sourcing — selected pieces sourced from suppliers available in Canada
  • Interior visualisations — detailed renders developed to communicate the proposed design before implementation
