These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by MIRU Design through this website, by email, or via direct communication.
MIRU Design provides a range of interior design services, including:
One-Hour Design Session (€150): A remote video consultation for layout advice, styling questions, material selection, or a second opinion.
Mini Design Package (€300): Includes a one-hour session and follow-up with a moodboard, layout sketch, and sourcing links.
Design-Only Package (from €30/m²): A comprehensive design plan for clients who will implement it themselves.
Full-Service Package (from €40/m²): Includes all Design-Only elements plus contractor coordination, procurement, and full project management.
Minimum project size for bespoke services is 30 m². Custom quotes are provided following a free consultation.
All prices exclude VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Services are confirmed only after receiving a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit.
All payments are made via bank transfer, based on an official invoice.
Final payment terms will be outlined in your individual agreement.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@mirudesign.es.
Deposits are non-refundable.
If a project is cancelled less than 14 calendar days before the scheduled start date, 50% of the total project feeis due.
Once a project has started, cancellations are not accepted and the full agreed fee will be charged, regardless of the project’s progress or completion status.
MIRU Design reserves the right to assess exceptional situations on a case-by-case basis, but this is not guaranteed.
You agree to provide clear and timely communication, share all necessary documentation (photos, measurements, floor plans), and respond promptly to requests.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables as they are provided.
For full-service projects, access to the property and cooperation with third parties (e.g. contractors) must be granted as needed.
While MIRU Design coordinates contractors and vendors as part of the full-service package, we are not liable for:
Work performed by third parties
Delays or errors caused by suppliers or trades
Site conditions or structural limitations
All third-party agreements are made directly between the client and the contractor.
All design concepts, visuals, moodboards, drawings, and product lists remain the intellectual property of MIRU Design unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may not share, reproduce, or use these materials for other projects without written permission.
MIRU Design is not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
Costs incurred beyond the agreed scope
Delays due to third parties or lack of client input
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga.
